Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do this please contact us here with your order number and information for cancelation or to update your order.

Delivery

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

All orders are sent tracked & you will receive tracking information.

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

  • Shipping address cannot be changed once your order has left us.

Returns & Exchange

To request a return please contact us here with your order number.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of your order delivery. Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received. it must also be in its original packaging. Items returned used or not in its original packaging will not be eligible for refund.

Please note earrings are NOT refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges are subject to availability & approval. We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

*Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirming the arrival of your item. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment
